The Master Shop Coaching concept was developed by two people with approximately sixty years experience in business management. Much of that experience came by way of the school of  ‘hard knocks.’

Ray Hauenstein gained his experience from his years of consulting and mentoring and Marshall Kelly from his experience developing an automotive management software and running an auto repair shop business.  Both developers of the Master Shop Coaching concept are prepared to do their best to give back to the industry a real sense of the changes that are needed to make the service shop profitable, and the shop that is really hurting, financially well again.

The concepts found in the Master Shop Coaching materials and guidelines have been birthed from the extensive experience of the two developers.
